Deprecated "ordered" index type causes async indexer to fail | AEM

When installing indexes set with type="ordered", the async indexer gets stuck.

If upgrading from AEM 6.0, 6.1, or 6.2 to 6.3 with an "ordered" index type in place, the upgrade fails.

AEM 6.3.

"ordered" index support is removed from Oak repository in AEM 6.3.

Delete property indexes with type="ordered" and replace them with equivalent Lucene property indexes.
