Issue

When accessing a publish instance, the sidekick appears when pages are loaded.

OSGi configuration settings below show runmode is publish:
a) Sling Settings [1]
b) System Properties [2]

Environment

AEM 6.1

Resolution

  • Disable the Day CQ WCM Filter.

 

Opomba:

This should be done if the instance was installed as publish and it wasn't changed from an author instance.

  1. Search to item "Day CQ WCM Filter" [1]
  2. Change the value to 'disable' and save it.
