The translator tool at http:///libs/cq/i18n/translator.html does not load all transition keys and their corresponding translations even when the translations have been declared correctly.
Environment
Validated on AEM 61 SP2, but applies until AEM 6.3
Cause
AEM tries to perform a traversal on sling: Message
Resolution
In crx/de, Go to /oak: index/nodetype
Add sling: Message in declaringNodeTypes property
Perform a reindex for /oak: index/nodetype
This resolves your issue. The assumption is that the translations have been declared correctly.
