The below instructions walk you through the process of revoking your access tokens between Salesforce and Adobe Sign, and then relinking the integration, creating a new access token in the process.
-
Log in to Salesforce as an admin
-
Navigate to the Adobe Sign Admin page
-
Verify that you are logged in as the linking admin
- If you are not logged in as the linking admin, log out and authenticate as the linking admin
-
Click the link to Access Adobe Sign Account Management Console
- The Adobe Sign admin menu opens in a new tab
-
In the Adobe Sign admin menu, click the Personal Preferences menu item
-
Select the Access Tokens sub-menu item
- There will be at least one access token identifies as Adobe Sign for Salesforce
- There may be more than one
-
Single click the token identified as Adobe Sign for Salesforce
- The Revoke action is exposed at the top of the token list
-
-
Repeat 7 & 8 for every token identified as Adobe Sign for Salesforce
-
When all Salesforce tokens have been revoked, close the tab for the Adobe Sign admin menu
-
Return to the Salesforce tab, and click Unlink for the Adobe Account linked user
-
Click OK for the warning message that you are unlinking the integration
- The page refreshes to show that there is no account linked
-
-
-
Authenticate with your current userID
- Once authenticated, you will see that the accounts are linked (which forges a new access token)
