If the following error is in the console, hardware acceleration might be disabled in Chrome settings:
Could not create canvas: Could not create a WebGL context, VENDOR = 0xffff, DEVICE = 0xffff.
To enable hardware acceleration in Chrome:
- Launch Chrome and in the address bar type chrome://settings/?search=hardware.
- Toggle on Use hardware acceleration when available within System.
- Relaunch Chrome.

Alternatively, try the following steps:
- Open a browser window and type chrome://settings/help.
- Check if About Google Chrome displays Google Chrome is up to date.
- If the display text does not match, update Chrome to the latest version.
Ensure that Use hardware acceleration when available is enabled in Firefox performance settings.

If the following error is in the console, hardware acceleration might be disabled in Safari settings:
Could not create canvas: Could not create a WebGL context, VENDOR = 0xffff, DEVICE = 0xffff.

If the following error is in the console, hardware acceleration might be disabled in Opera settings:
Could not create canvas: Could not create a WebGL context, VENDOR = 0xffff, DEVICE = 0xffff.
To enable hardware acceleration:
- Launch Opera and in the address bar type Opera://settings/.
- At the bottom of the Settings page, click Advanced.
- Toggle on Use hardware acceleration within System.
- Relaunch Opera.

- Open a browser window and navigate to http://webglreport.com/. You can also visit https://get.webgl.org/ and look for a spinning cube.
- If the browser does not support WebGL, view the prototype in another browser or on another device.
- To open developer tools, right click the prototype and select Inspect Element or press Cmd+Option+I.
- Select the Console tab.
- Look for an error that contains WebGL and copy the error.
- Post the error details on Adobe XD User Voice.
