Enabling the Advanced search on the Adobe Sign Manage tab

Steps

Contact support to enable the Advanced search feature for your Account. Once Advanced Search is enabled, do the following:

  1. Log in and click Manage.

  2. Use Search Full Text, to search agreements with Name, Status ,date, etc. (For example enter 'Library' to see all your Library documents)

Additional information

When an account gets too large Adobe Sign automatically limits how many transactions and documents are displayed in the Manage tab view.

Older transactions and documents are truncated from the viewable list to improve performance.
The Advanced Search bar at the top of your Manage tab view allows you to search for any document regardless of how old they are.
