Select the Review and sign link from the initial notification email to open the e-sign page.
Clear the field values of all assigned form fields assigned to the recipient.
Clear all assigned fields of their current values
Recipients filling in form fields and finding that they need to start over can clear the values from all fields assigned to them.
Once the fields are cleared, there is no method to return the values automatically.
The ability to clear field content on an agreement is configurable by the sending user's organization and may be absent from your Options menu.

Accept the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure as prompted.
Depending on how the sending account is configured, the Terms of Use and Consumer Disclosure can be presented in different ways, all of which are conspicuous in the interface to direct the recipient through the process.

Select the Options menu in the upper-left corner of the e-sign page.

Select the Clear document data option.

A challenge is delivered to ensure that the data should be cleared.
Once verified, the field data cannot be recovered and must be manually entered.Select Clear.
Once the data is cleared, the page resets with the field indicator pointing to the first field available to the recipient.
