Caution:

By canceling your Adobe Stock subscription, you lose access to any unused licenses.

Cancel a stand-alone Stock membership

To cancel a stand-alone Stock membership, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

    Note:

     Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Plans.

  3. Under Plan information, click Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

    See a message prompting you to update your payment details?

    If the credit card on your account has expired or the account is in a suspended state, you can't cancel your membership. In this case, a message "Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it." is displayed. Click Edit payment and update your payment details before canceling your membership.

  4. Under Plan & payment, click Cancel plan.

  5. In the confirmation window, select the reason for canceling from among the given options. If you still want to cancel, click Continue. If you change your mind, click Keep my plan.

  6. On the screen that follows, you can choose to keep your plan, continue with cancellation, or chat with customer support.

  7. If you proceed with cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation. To purchase a Stock plan again, visit the Adobe Stock plans page and sign in with your Adobe ID anytime.

Delete Adobe Stock from your Creative Cloud membership

You can drop Stock from your Creative Cloud membership simply by changing your plan.  

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

    Note:

    Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click Plans.

  3. Under Plan information, click Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

  4. Under Plan & payment, click Change plan.

  5. Under Creative Cloud All Apps, select your storage and billing options. Then click Select

  6. On the confirmation page, review the terms of the plan, and then click Confirm

Return a membership purchased from a reseller

If you purchased your membership from a seller other than Adobe, contact that reseller for assistance.
