Note:

When you purchase an Adobe Stock membership, it takes some time to process the order. During this time, the message "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" is displayed on your account page. You can cancel the membership after the order has been processed and the Manage plan link is available on the account page.

Cancel a stand-alone Stock membership

To cancel a stand-alone Stock membership, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

    Note:

     Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

  2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

    If the credit card on your account has expired or the account is in a suspended state, you can't cancel your membership. In this case, a message "There is an issue with your payment details" is displayed. Update your payment details before canceling your membership. 

  3. Under Plan details, click Cancel plan.

  4. In the confirmation window, select the reason for canceling from among the given options. If you still want to cancel, click Continue to cancel plan. If you change your mind, click Keep my plan.

  5. In the final cancellation window, you have another chance to keep your plan by clicking Keep my plan. If you still want to cancel, click Cancel my plan.

  6. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. To purchase a Stock plan again, visit the Adobe Stock plans page and sign in with your Adobe ID anytime.

Delete Adobe Stock from your Creative Cloud membership

You can drop Stock from your Creative Cloud membership simply by switching plans.  

  1. Sign in to your Adobe ID account with your Adobe ID and password, or with your social (Facebook or Google) account.

    Note:

    Your Adobe ID is the email address you used when you signed up for your membership.

  2. Under Plans & Products, click Manage plan for the plan you want to change.

  4. Under Creative Cloud membership (one-year), click Switch to this plan

  5. On the confirmation page, review the terms of the plan and click Switch to this plan

Return a membership purchased from a reseller

If you purchased your membership from a seller other than Adobe, contact that reseller for assistance.
