Can I install Technical Communication Suite on another computer?

You can install Technical Communication Suite apps on up to two computers. If you want to install an app on a third computer, you need to deactivate it on one of your previous machines. How can I change my password?

My trial expires soon. How do I convert it?

You can convert a trial version of Technical Communication Suite (2017 release) to a subscription. Simply choose the subscription option when you add the product to your cart from the Adobe Store. For more information, see Subscription and pricing in the Technical Communication Suite FAQ.

How do I cancel my subscription? Can I still use the software I have?

You can cancel your subscription from your accounts page on or by contacting Adobe Support. If you cancel within 14 days, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. You will not have access to your subscription software after you cancel.
