Uninstall Acrobat using the Acrobat uninstaller at /Applications/Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Uninstaller.app.

Can't uninstall Acrobat from Creative Cloud desktop app on macOS
If you’ve installed Acrobat (April 2015 release) on macOS using the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, the Uninstall option in the app doesn’t work.
Solution
To uninstall Acrobat and remove the Acrobat entry from the app, do the following:

In the Creative Cloud app desktop app, choose Uninstall for Acrobat in the All Apps section.
The Acrobat entry is removed from the app.
