Why isn't my third-party /custom script trigger when my page load rule fires?

First, check to see what type of script the rule is using and the load option chosen for the rule. If the script is using sequential HTML, then set the rule to load at Bottom or Top of Page. Sequential HTML scripts do not work if the rule is set to load Onload or DOM ready.

If the above isn’t the problem, try entering a _satellite.notify() call before and after the script to see if that fires. This test helps narrow down where the script is failing. If the first _satellite.notify() call triggers but not the last one, then the issue is somewhere in between. Continue this trial and error process until the root issue is identified.
