MSM does not update design values on slave

You change a design value in one of your master sites where you have an MSM constraint that propagates this change to the slave. However, the design values aren't updated on the slave. You are using a different design page for master and slave.

Solution

This behavior is expected. If you want to enforce the same design in master and slaves, use the same design page for master and slave.

Additional information

In CQ, design values are not part of the actual page. Design pages are persisted in a different page.
