Out Of Memory error | CQ Output Cache

There are out of memory error in log files, and uou have too many pages in your instance.
When you disable output cache, this problem does not show up anymore.

Solution

Install hot fix 14930.

Additional information

This issue occurs when the output cache is unbounded. There is neither size nor number of entry limitations in the output cache.
