Replication failure after IP renewal

After you change the IP on the server hosting the publish instance, the replication fails.

Solution

Restart the instance or reconfigure the replication agent to use the IP instead of host name.

Additional information

Your replication agent is configured with the host name of the publish. When the IP has changed, internally the JVM cache the mapping for that host name.
