Cause
The particular resource being activated has descendant nodes named with illegal characters. Refer to this documentation.
Resolution
To get the replication queue processing again, perform the following steps:
- Go to http://aemhost:port/crx/de/index.jsp and log in as admin.
- Browse to and delete the nodes that have illegal characters in them.
- Click Save All.
