Can't upload vignette | "Mask not cropped" error | Scene7

When I try to upload a vignette, I get the following error in the job logs:

"Error processing 'Company/UnsupportedFiles/products/Cushions/Wicker/wicker-sofa2.vnt' as Image Rendering file.
object[unmasked]:mask not cropped to view."

Solution

When this issue occurs, there is warning in Image Authoring (IA) on the Unmasked Property Window that hasn't been addressed. You can resolve it by following these steps:

1. Open the VNT file in IA.
2. On the Object Page, click Unmasked. The Unmasked Property tab has a Warnings tab. Click the Warnings tab to see the error.
3. Go to the Mask page.
4. Click Resync.
5. Click Save.
