Browser specifications

The immersive layout home page is not supported on IE 11 browsers.

  • Latest versions of Edge, Safari (version 13 and above), and Firefox.
  • Internet Explorer version 11 and above

Recommended size of images

  • Masthead: 1280 x 360 px.
  • Image on the catalog card: 280 x 100 px
  • Size of the training card: 300 x 240 px
  • Social Banner: 1600 x 240 px

Maximum content size

The maximum file size that can be uploaded is 600 MB.

NOTE
If the size of the user.csv file exceeds 100 MB, importing this file may cause the browser to behave unexpectedly. The issue occurs because the browser runs out of memory.

We recommend importing large size user.csv files using the automated Box/Exavault workflow. To know more, see Migrating files.
