Transaction Contracts summary

Administrators in accounts that have purchased access to Acrobat Sign through a VIP license type using a fixed transaction volume will have a summary of their transaction contract displayed at the top of the Transaction consumption report page. Typically, only one contract is exposed, but occasionally, two contracts may be visible if both contracts include the current date.

This report summarizes:

  • the number of transactions the account has purchased
  • the number of transactions that have been consumed from the purchased volume
  • the expiration date of the contract
    • Transactions not consumed by the expiration date are lost.
    • The record of the transaction contract is removed from the UI when the expiration has passed.

There is a known issue where Draft agreements are being counted in the Transaction Consumption Report when they should not be.

Transaction Consumption chart examples

The Transaction Volume Trend is a group of line graphs, with each color-coded line defining the last status the agreement changed to.

  • The X-axis illustrates the time window in regular increments (the increment being defined by the data scope requested) when the agreement status last changed.
  • The Y-axis indicates the number of agreements that recorded their last status change during the time window on the X-axis.

Hover your pointer over any dot on the chart to get a summary of how many agreements changed to what status and on what date.

The Transaction by Sender report is a collection of bar graphs, with each bar using color-coded segments to define the current status of the agreements included in the report. The status used is the current status when the report is generated.

  • The X-axis defines the total number of agreements with the various segments, showing the relative volume for the color-coded status.
  • The Y-axis identifies the individual users by email. If your list of senders exceeds the space available for the graph, the unlisted senders will be combined into the All Others bar.

Hover your pointer over any bar segment to display a summary of the number of agreements for that sender in that status.

The Transaction by Group report is a collection of bar graphs, with each bar using color-coded segments to define the current status of the agreements included in the report. The status used is the current status when the report is generated.

  • The X-axis defines the total number of agreements with the various segments, showing the relative volume for the color-coded status.
  • The Y-axis identifies the individual Acrobat Sign groups by group name. If your list of groups exceeds the space available for the graph, the unlisted groups will be combined into the All Others bar.

Hover your pointer over any bar segment to display a summary of the number of agreements for that group in that status.

The Transaction by Workflow report is a collection of bar graphs, with each bar using color-coded segments to define the current status of the agreements included in the report. The status used is the current status when the report is generated.

  • The X-axis defines the total number of agreements with the various segments, showing the relative volume for the color-coded status.
  • The Y-axis identifies the individual Acrobat Sign workflows by workflow name. If your list of workflows exceeds the space available for the graph, the unlisted workflows will be combined into the All Others bar.

Hover your pointer over any bar segment to display a summary of the number of agreements using that workflow in that status.

เคล็ดลับ:

The transaction graphs have a limited footprint. If your data exceeds the allowed number of records, a placeholder is inserted into the chart for the consolidated objects that are not explicitly listed (i.e., Other Users).

If you need to extract the data for users/groups/workflows that aren't populated onto the graph, you can access the raw data table by selecting the ellipsis in the upper-right corner of the chart and choosing View Data Table from the context menu.
