Unable to connect AEM Forms on JEE cluster with Microsoft SQL Server database

AEM 6.5 Forms on JEE cluster

Issue

Preconfigured JBoss application server, provided with AEM Forms on JEE, fails to connect with Microsoft SQL Server database. The issue occurs only in AEM Forms on JEE cluster environment.

Cause

The environment is missing configuration file required to connect AEM Forms on JEE with Microsoft SQL Server.

Resolution

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Contact Adobe Support to get the domain_mssql.xml file.
2. Place the file recieved from Adobe Support at  [jboss_installation_dir]/domain/configuration/].
