We often get asked "How long are the ID syncs available in the DCS server after the last declared ID call? Does it change if the user visits the website without the declared ID call?" This article is intended as an answer to this question.

Answer
ID syncs are instantaneous when the ID sync/declared ID call is made. If the AAM UUID is not active for 14 days, it is removed from the Edge server. The ID syncs for active profiles are kept on the Edge server for 60 days from the last ID sync.
