Issue
When you try to upload video directly to YouTube from Elements Organizer or Premiere Elements, you receive an error message which says Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app.
註解：
This issue is temporary and will be resolved at the earliest.
Workaround
Export your videos to the local disk and then upload to YouTube via your browser.
