Having issues logging in to Adobe Social? No worries, you can reset your password yourself!

Customers who use an Adobe ID (left-side login)

  1. Go to Adobe Social's log-in page.
  2. Click Forgot Your Password to open the My Adobe account sign-in page.
  3. Click Trouble Signing In under the log-in fields.
  4. Enter your email address and click Reset.
  5. Look for an email with further instruction.

Customers who use Adobe Social Compnay/User Name/Password (right-side login)

  1. Go to Adobe Social's log-in page.
  2. Click Forgot Your Password to open the My Adobe account sign-in page.
  3. A pop-up window appears. Enter your company and user name and click Continue.
  4. Look for an email shortly with further instruction.

*Note: If you are an Administrator, you must have another Administrator or an Adobe representative reset your password for you because you cannot do it yourself. The email sent in the Forgot Your Password process lets you know whether you can reset the password yourself, or if another admin must do it for you.
