Log in to Acrobat Sign as an administrator and navigate to the admin menu.
Select the Message Templates option in the left rail of admin pages.
Delete message templates you no longer use to keep the list manageable and reduce the chance of selecting the wrong template when sending agreements.
Log in to Acrobat Sign as an administrator and navigate to the admin menu.
Select the Message Templates option in the left rail of admin pages.
Select the template you want to delete to expose the template's actions:
A challenge is presented to ensure you want to delete the template.
Select Yes.
The template is immediately deleted, and senders will no longer see it in their list of template options.
Existing agreements that already include a message are not updated.
