These are the steps that will help you to blacklist an email address.

  1. Connect the client instance and go to the following path:
           Administration => Campaign Management => Non Deliverables and Addresses
  2. You can verify if the email address already exists before creating a new one.
  3. Once you have confirmed that the email address is not already blacklisted you can create the record by adding the email address with status blacklisted.
  4. Don't forget to add the ticket ID in the Error Text. 
  5. Save the record.
