Issue
When you load an eCatalog viewer after publishing with search data, there are no search results.
Solutions
Do one or more of the following:
- Run a Full Publish with Search data. The process is asynchronous, so even if the publish job has finished, the search server could still be processing the data.
- Even though the publish job is complete, the data could still be waiting for ingestion into our search database. If the issue persists, contact Tech Support.
