Learn how to receive text (SMS) notifications about transactions on your Adobe account.

Adobe occasionally sends emails about transactions on your account, such as billing issues and security alerts. These emails are sent to the email address associated with your Adobe ID account. You can also choose to receive text (SMS) notifications on your mobile phone about these transactions. 

Enable text notifications

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password. 

  2. In the navigation bar at the top, click Communication

    In the navigation bar, select Communication
  3. In the Account-related notifications section, select Mobile notifications

    Enable Mobile notifications check box
  4. You are prompted to confirm that you want to enable notifications on the mobile phone associated with your account. 

    Note:

    If you do not have a mobile phone already associated with your account, you are prompted to add your mobile number first.

  5. A message is displayed, confirming that mobile notifications have been enabled for your account. 

Disable text notifications

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID (usually your email) and password. 

  2. In the navigation bar at the top, click Communication

    In the navigation bar, select Communication
  3. In the Account-related notifications section, deselect Mobile notifications

    Disable Mobile notifications check box
  4. You are prompted to confirm that you want to disable notifications on the mobile phone associated with your account. 

  5. A message is displayed, confirming that mobile notifications have been disabled for your account.
