How to trigger Data Mapping on existing agreements?
Steps
To trigger Data Mapping on existing agreements:

Navigate to Agreements.

Click Create New View.

When the new view opens, provide an intuitive name in Step 1.

Adjust any filters as needed in Step 2.

In Step 3, move the below fields to the Selected Fields section:
- Agreement Name
- Data Mapping
- Data Mapping Error
- Data Mapping Result
- Trigger Data Mapping

Click Save.
The new view is presented with the selected fields:

Check all the agreements that you want to update with the Data Mapping.

Click into the Data Mapping field for one of the selected agreements.

Select the Data Mapping to be applied by clicking the Data Mapping Lookup option.

Select the All selected records option.

Click Save.
The custom view now shows the selected Data Mapping:

With all of the agreement still selected, click the Update Agreement button.

The window updates to show a view with only the agreements that were selected.
Click the Submit button to commit the changes.

If you are challenged to verify the update, click OK.
Once the update is submitted, a confirmation message is presented with the job ID:
