Steps for Windows

Download the zip file and copy it to any folder on your computer.

Extract the zip file.

Navigate to the Setup.exe file. For example, if you have copied and extracted the zip file to the "Adobe" folder on your desktop, the folder hierarchy will be: C:Users<user name>Desktop/Adobe/Acrobat_Classic_Web_x64_WWMUIAdobe Acrobat/Setup.exe

To start the installation, double-click the Setup.exe file.

Follow these installation instructions to configure Acrobat for deployment. This setup allows users to access free tools without signing in while subscribers can easily access paid tools after signing in.

Download and install the Acrobat customization Wizard.

In the Installation Options, select Suppress Sign-in in Acrobat.

Save the package. It is now ready for deployment. After deployment, users won't be required to sign in when they launch Acrobat. Users can access Acrobat as Acrobat Reader and utilize all free tools. Those with a subscription can use paid tools after signing in to the application.
To deploy the Acrobat Classic package as Acrobat Reader with a minimal disk footprint on Windows, continue with the steps below:

In the Wizard, navigate to Features > Create Adobe PDF, and set Initial State to This feature will not be available. Similarly, navigate to Acrobat Distiller and Optional Features in the Wizard and set the Initial State to This feature will not be available.

Customize further as required, then save the installer package. It creates an AcroPro.mst file in the installation package that contains the AcroPro.msi file.

In the installer package, open the setup.ini file in any text editor.

Search for AcroPro.mst in the file and append the following command line params DISABLE_CACHE=YES ENABLE_READER_MODE=1.
Lưu ý:- By default, the Acrobat installer saves a local copy for recovery purposes. Use DISABLE_CACHE=YES to prevent this and save disk space. Store the installer in a shared location with read access for all users, allowing future access if needed.
- The ENABLE_READER_MODE=1 parameter makes Acrobat function as a free reader with Acrobat Reader branding.

Install Acrobat Classic.

Navigate to the folder /Volume/Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences.

Open the com.adobe.Acrobat.Pro.plist file in any plist editor.

Navigate to Root > Classic, and create the following entry in the FeatureLockdown key:

Lock Path: FeatureLockdown
Type: Boolean
Default Value: Yes

Save the plist file.
