Why is my DTM deployed wrapping mbox taking so long to deploy?

Wrapping mboxes deployed via the DTM rule UI use mboxUpdate versus mboxCreate. This mbox method loads asynchronously and does not initiate until the onload event which has the potential to create performance issues in some cases. It’s on the DTM roadmap to enhance this functionality to better guarantee timing; however, if this issue is encountered, it may be a better option to utilize hard-coded mboxCreates or migrate to the top of page global mbox method. It’s also worth considering using DTM placed mboxUpdates for wrapping elements below the fold as this may prove more effective.
