Auto-tagging is missing assets

AEM 6.4

Issue

The auto-tagging feature is skipping multiple assets on both the period and manual workflow

Impact

The auto-tagging feature is not reliable 

Solution

This is a bug that has been solved in 6.5 under the internal reference CQ-4262661 and backported to 6.4.4 under the internal reference NPR-28640

A support fix for 6.4.2/6.4.3 is available (see below)
