Adobe recommends that you visit its website using a modern web or mobile browser. For desktop browsers, you may also install the latest Adobe Flash Player to enjoy the full experience. 

This document covers system requirements for viewing and downloading content from the Adobe website.

Browser requirements supports many popular web and mobile browsers. Most of the site is written in HTML5 and SS3, which most modern browsers support. To fully experience the Adobe website, upgrade to the latest version of one of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari for OS X and iOS

The Adobe website no longer fully supports Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 9 and earlier IE browser versions. Consider upgrading IE to a newer version, or use an alternate browser listed above.

For iOS, supports Safari 7 and later. For Android, does not fully support earlier versions of the default WebKit browser. Consider using Chrome Mobile browser if you encounter problems.

Adobe Flash Player

Some features of require the Adobe Flash Player to enjoy the full experience. Set viewing preferences on the Adobe website to view Adobe Flash content. If you have set your preference to see only the HTML version, you will not be able to see Flash content on parts of the Adobe website.

You can remove your viewing preference and allow Flash content on the Adobe website by clicking Clear your viewing preferences.
