    Adobe アカウントの請求履歴から、個人版の請求書・領収書を表示および保存する方法を説明します。

    月次請求書の電子メール送信は行っていません。現在、アドビでは、毎月の請求書を電子メールにより自動送付していません。

    注意：

    グループ版のお客様の場合 Admin Console で請求書を表示できます。詳しくは、グループ版アカウントの管理を参照してください。

    ※領収書として代用可：一般的に領収書として代用いただけるもの

    クレジットカード払いの場合

    購入日（契約更新日）にお支払い完了後、請求書・領収書が発行されます。

    銀行振込の場合

    新規購入時：ご入金を弊社で確認後、請求書・領収書が発行されます。

    契約更新時：更新日に請求書が発行され、ご入金を弊社で確認後、領収書が発行されます。

    ※更新日以前にご入金いただいた場合も、更新日以降に領収書が発行されます。

    警告 :

    請求書・領収書の郵送での発行は現在行っておりません。

    宛名の変更

    請求書・領収書に記載される宛名の変更には、支払情報の更新が必要です。クレジットカード情報と請求先住所の更新をご参照ください。

    請求書・領収書の検索方法

    注意：

    グループ版のお客様の場合 Admin Console で請求書を表示できます。詳しくは、グループ版アカウントの管理を参照してください。

    1. https://account.adobe.com/orders にログインします。

    2. プランまたは製品の「請求書・領収書を表示」を選択します。

      「注文と請求書・領収書」セクションで、「請求書・領収書を表示」を選択します

      アドビストアへのリンクが表示されている場合

    3. 対応するアイコンを選択して、請求書・領収書を表示、ダウンロード、またはメール送信します。

      ※請求書・領収書が表示されない場合は、よくある質問をご確認ください。

    4. 領収書・請求書を印刷をする方法は、ご利用環境により異なります。

      ブラウザから印刷する場合

      ご利用のブラウザにより印刷方法が異なります。詳しくは、各ブラウザの印刷方法をご参照ください。（以下リンクをクリックすると、ブラウザのサイトに移動します。）

      Acrobat から印刷する場合

      ダウンロードした PDF を Acrobat から印刷する方法については PDF の印刷をご参照ください。

    請求書・領収書ではなくアドビストアへのリンクが表示される場合

    アドビストアへのリンクが「請求履歴」に表示される場合、以下の手順に従って請求書・領収書を検索してください。
