If Flash Player is installed on your browser, the following box displays the version of Flash Player and your operating system. If Flash Player is not installed, an error message is displayed.
You can install Flash Player 11 on 64-bit Internet Explorer on Windows 7.

Click Properties. A System Properties window displays the operating system information. If you are running 64-bit Windows, the window indicates the version as shown in the image below. If it is not indicated, you have 32-bit Windows.
If you have 64-bit Windows, go to the next step.
If you have 32-bit Windows, see Download and install latest Flash Player.
Locate Internet Explorer.
If 64-bit Internet Explorer is installed, the program name includes "64 bit" (Internet Explorer 64 bit). Otherwise, you have 32-bit version.
If you have 64-bit Internet Explorer, go the next step.
If you have 32-bit Internet Explorer, see Download and install latest Flash Player.
Note: When you download Flash Player installer using 64-bit Internet Explorer, you download the 64-bit Flash Player installer. It installs Flash Player on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Internet Explorer if both are present.
