Service stops intermittently | Adobe Connect

Issue

Adobe Connect 7.5 encounters errors after starting and then stops intermittently.

The following error appears in the ConnectProService.log file:

Solution

Install the following patch available at the Microsoft website:

Additional information

The issue can occur when the Microsoft security patch KB956572 is installed.
