Close Acrobat application if it's open.
If you disabled Adobe Acrobat Document Services within the Adobe Customization Wizard and then deploy the application, users don't see the sign in/out prompt on the deployed machines within the application. The sign in/out prompt within the application is missing.
Try the solution below to resolve the issue.
This procedure involves editing the Windows registry. Adobe does not provide support for editing the registry, which contains critical system and application information. Make sure to back up the registry before editing it. For more information about the registry, see the Windows documentation or contact Microsoft.
Close Acrobat application if it's open.
Press Windows + R keys to open the Run command window.
Enter regedit in the Open field, and then click OK.
In the Registry Editor, go to the following location:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\(Product Name)\(Version)\FeatureLockdown\cServices"
Change the value of cServices from 1 to 0.
Close the Registry Editor, and then relaunch Acrobat.
