What are Adobe Experience Platform Agents?
Adobe Experience Platform Agents are coordinated by Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator and work in the context of Customer’s existing licensed Adobe Experience Cloud Products and Services. These Agents help automate tasks, increase workflow efficiency, and improve customer experience outcomes. Using natural language prompts, Customer can ask Agents to carry out specific Agent Jobs through AI Assistant. Based on the User’s Inputs, Agent Orchestrator selects the appropriate Agents to execute the Job within the relevant underlying Products and Services.

Product Limitations
- Agents. Customer is entitled to use the Agents detailed here that are available for the Products and Services for which Customer holds a valid license. Customer must maintain a license to the applicable underlying Products and Services to maintain access to Agents. If Customer’s license to any underlying Products and Services expires or terminates, Customer’s access to the Agent(s) associated with such Products and Services may immediately terminate.
- AI Credits. Customer may use up to the number of AI Credits licensed in the applicable Sales Order for any combination of Agent Jobs listed in the AI Credit Consumption Table. The AI Credit consumption rate for each Job is set forth in the AI Credit Consumption Table. If Customer exceeds its licensed quantity of AI Credits (as detailed in the applicable Sales Order), Customer must license additional quantity sufficient to cover its excess usage for the remainder of the License Term via a Sales Order. If Customer continues to exceed its licensed quantity of AI Credits without licensing additional quantity, Adobe may, at its discretion, restrict or suspend Customer’s access to, or use of, Agents as necessary to maintain system integrity, security, or compliance with applicable terms. AI Credits are licensed annually and do not roll over.
