Captivate installation shows blank page after signing in

Steps to fix the problem of a blank page while installing or updating Captivate.
When installing Adobe Captivate (2019 release), or updating to Update 1 using Help > Updates, a blank white screen appears after the sign-in screen.
Install Adobe Captivate (2019 release) for the first time
Install update via Help > Check for Updates
Follow the steps below:
- Replace the Set-up.exe file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox with the one located in either:
- Reinstall the updates using Help > Check for Updates.
