Overview

GlobalSign is a subsidiary of GMO GlobalSign Holdings K.K. which is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The company has been an European Union (EU) eIDAS certified Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) since October 2018 and is a QTSP under the eIDAS Regulations in the United Kingdom (UK) since August 2021.   GlobalSign offers a wide variety of on-premises and cloud-based public key infrastructure and identity services.

Using the Cloud Signature Consortium open standard, GlobalSign offers the following signing certificates with their Digital Signing Service (DSS) that work with Adobe Acrobat Sign cloud signatures:

• Advanced electronic signatures (AES) 
• Advanced electronic seals
