When you try to apply the Adobe CSXS Infrastructure 4 update, it fails with error code U44M1P7 or U44M2P7.
To verify that this error is occurring, review the installation log files for the following error:
01/08/14 10:39:37:308 | [INFO] | | OOBE | DE | || | 2192 | ERROR: DF045: File corruption detected. Reinstall the product & then apply the patch again. (Cannot repair file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\zlib1.dll")(Seq 4)
Restart the computer and install the Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.zip file.
Windows
- Restart the computer.
- After restarting, verify no Adobe Creative applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and so on) are running.
- Download and extract the contents of Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.zip.
- Run AdobePatchInstaller.exe.
- After the patch is applied, restart the computer.

- Restart the computer.
- After restarting, verify no Adobe Creative applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and so on) are running.
- Download and extract Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch_Mac.zip.
- Open Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.dmg.
- Run AdobePatchInstaller.app.
- After the patch is applied, restart the computer.
