Issue
If you run the Provisioning Toolkit from the Windows PowerShell to license Adobe applications, the process fails and returns the error code 14.
This appears to occur as the PowerShell does not pass the correct parameters to the Provisioning Toolkit.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, run the following licensing command in the PowerShell:
.\-adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial=<Serial Number> --leid="<application LEID>"
Note, that you need to specify the application LEID in double-quotes.
Also, after the command is run, a prov.xml file is generated at the same location. Use this file to license the application.
