When you are logging in to Adobe Story, you could be unable to do so. If that is the case, you can check the following workarounds:

Try logging in to Adobe Story CC (Classic). If the URL does not work in the latest version of your current browser (for example Chrome), try switching to the latest version of Firefox.

Latest versions of Chrome and Firefox block Flash plug-in by default. Try to update the Flash plug-in or enable it in your browser explicitly. After you enable or update Flash plug-in in your browser, close all the browsers and restart the computer.
To enable Flash plug-in in Chrome, follow these steps:
- Next to the url in your browser, click the plug-in icon.
- In the plug-in dialog, click Run all plugns this time.
- Reload the browser tab for it take effect.

Get Adobe Flash Player.

Update Adobe AIR and try to log in again.
