Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
"Renew your subscription" window appears when you launch a Creative Cloud app
When you attempt to launch an Adobe Creative Cloud application, you receive a message that says, "Renew your subscription," even though your subscription is current.
Try the following solutions in the given order to fix this isse. Move to a subsequent solution only if a previous one doesn't work.
Solution 1: Sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app

Depending on your version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, select the Account icon in the upper right, and then select Sign out.

Sign back in.
Solution 2: Click the "License this software" button

Select License this Software.

Verify that you have an active Internet connection.

Verify that your system clock is set to the correct time.

If this process fails, wait a few minutes and select the Try again button.
