Verify if the device is compatible with the latest update
Ensure that the Android phone on which you want to install Lightroom for mobile meets the following system requirements:
Minimum system requirements
- Processor: Quad Core CPU with 1.5 GHz frequency and ARMv7 architecture
- RAM: 2 GB
- Internal storage: 8 GB
- Android OS version: 8.x (Oreo) and later
Recommended system requirements
- Processor: Quad Core CPU with 2.2 GHz frequency and ARMv8 architecture
- RAM: 4 GB and above
- Internal storage: 8 GB and above
- Android OS version: 8.x (Oreo) and later
Verify if the latest update of Lightroom is already installed
You might already have the latest version of Lightroom installed on your device, if you have enabled the auto-update feature. To verify the version of Lightroom installed on your device:

Tap at the upper-left corner of the Lightroom for mobile (Android) window to expand the Sidebar.

Tap About Lightroom. The Lightroom version is displayed at the top of the screen.
If you are unable to launch Lightroom on your device, you can verify the version of Lightroom from your device's settings.

Open the Settings of your device.

Tap Apps & notifications.

From the list of apps, tap Lightroom. Depending on your device, you will find the version of Lightroom installed at the top or bottom of the screen.
Verify if the latest version of Play Store app is installed
Verify if the latest version of Play Store app is installed on your device. To verify the version of Google Play Store app:

Launch Google Play Store app.

Open the settings.

Scroll to the bottom to find the version of Play Store installed on your device.
