Open in Lightroom
The new Open in Lr feature allows you to seamlessly open and import photos directly from your mobile phone into Lightroom. Once you open a photo using Open in Lr, it's automatically saved in Lightroom, regardless of whether you edit it. Follow the steps to edit an external image and auto-save the edited version in Lightroom.
Note:
The Edit in Lr and Add to Lr options have been replaced by the Open in Lr option. Select Open in Lr to edit and add photos in Lightroom on mobile.

Select Share and then select Open in Lr.

Lightroom will automatically add and open the selected photo in the Edit panel. You can now edit the image in Lightroom.

Once you have edited the photo, Lightroom will automatically save a copy in the Lightroom tab.
Tip:
Select > Preferences > Enable Auto Add > turn on Auto add from device to automatically add photos from your mobile's camera roll to Lightroom.
