When you try to apply the Adobe CSXS Infrastructure 4 update, it fails with error code U44M1P7 or U44M2P7.

To verify that this error is occurring, review the installation log files for the following error:

01/08/14 10:39:37:308 | [INFO] | | OOBE | DE | || | 2192 | ERROR: DF045: File corruption detected. Reinstall the product & then apply the patch again. (Cannot repair file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\zlib1.dll")(Seq 4)

Restart the computer and install the Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.zip file.

Windows

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. After restarting, verify no Adobe Creative applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and so on) are running.
  3. Download and extract the contents of Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.zip.
  4. Run AdobePatchInstaller.exe.
  5. After the patch is applied, restart the computer.

Mac OS

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. After restarting, verify no Adobe Creative applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and so on) are running.
  3. Download and extract Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch_Mac.zip.
  4. Open Adobe-CSXSInfrastructure-4.0.2.51-patch.dmg.
  5. Run AdobePatchInstaller.app.
  6. After the patch is applied, restart the computer.
