Computer cannot be put to sleep if Dreamweaver is running on a Windows operating system.

If the computer is put to sleep while Dreamweaver is running, it wakes up automatically.

This is because Dreamweaver sets a wake timer, which prevents the computer from going in to Sleep mode.

If you quit Dreamweaver, the wake timer is cleared and the computer goes into Sleep mode, as expected.

Setting "Allow Wake Timers" to Disabled in Advanced Power Setting does not resolve this issue.

Install Dreamweaver CC 2015.3 patch to resolve this issue.
