Select Adobe Elements Organizer > Preferences > Editing.
To edit photos in Photoshop Elements only, select Show Photoshop Elements Editor Options Only. Only the option to edit using Photoshop Elements is displayed when you right-click/command-click a photo in Elements Organizer.
