When you try to sign in to your Adobe apps or services, you see one of the following messages:

Your account is undergoing some maintenance.

We're introducing new storage features that make it easier for you and your organization to manage your business plans and assets. This process includes updating your account and usually takes just a few minutes. Rest assured all your assets and account privileges are safe. Once the process completes, you can successfully sign in.


If you just saw this message, retry after 15-20 minutes. 

Additional information

Occasionally, it may take longer than expected to update your account. Adobe will provide status updates in case the update process is expected to take longer than expected.

However, if you have not been able to sign in for over an hour, and have not received a status update from Adobe, contact us or ask your administrator to contact Adobe Customer Care.
