How do I get started with the Admin Console?

The Admin Console is where all the action is. You must have received an email inviting you to join your organization as an Administrator. Accept the invitation before you access the Admin Console. Identity

What are the supported identity types?

Adobe uses an underlying identity management system to authenticate and authorize users. You will need to plan and then setup your user identities based on your requirements. You can choose from Adobe IDs, Enterprise IDs, or Federated IDs.

How do I create Enterprise IDs?

End users cannot create Enterprise IDs. Only administrators can add users to their organizations.

Does the Admin Console support Single-Sign On?

The Admin Console uniquely supports a range of user identification methods including Federated ID/Single Sign-On. It integrates with a range of SAML2.0-compliant identity providers.

Can I automate user management tasks?

As an Enterprise IT administrator, User Management enables you to create, search, update, and remove user accounts. These user accounts entitle the end users in your organization to Adobe products and services. 

How do I grant licenses to users?

When you purchase a product from Adobe, a license represents your right to use Adobe software and services. Licenses are used to authenticate and activate the products on the end user's computers.

What should I do when I upgrade from teams (VIP) to ETLA?

As you upgrade from teams (VIP) to ETLA, to insure no lapse in end-user product access, you must assign licenses in the Admin Console before the existing VIP subscription term ends.
